Protein toast made yummy!! 

Sarah lee bread, 2 egg whites, froyo choice for topping 1/4 and 1/3 blueberries! So first make egg whites, do 1 teaspoon cinnamon, a little bit of sugar ( very little!!) 1. Mix those ingredients. Cook 3 minutes each side and then add toppings! Enjoy! #iifymfood#proteinpackedfrenchtoaat

Protein packed lunch made easy! 

Easy recipe! Ingredients: spinach, tomato, starkist ranch tuna, buffalo hot sauce and 12g of protein flat out bread! Directions: put in microwave 10-15 seconds or until golden brown. Next up is hot sauce! Flip it not like a book but the other way, on the bottom add the hot sauce. Next, spread tuna evenly and add the rest!
