Post workoutshake!

People say I’m crazy! Squat weight is 10kg!  1/2 cup dark chocolate almondmilk. More calcium than regular milk. 2 tbsp cocoa power plant based and boost mood and yum! 2 tbsp pb2 protein, yummy and lower in calories than other peanutbutter and 2 tbsp greekyourt high protein and carbs and banana! Go squats!
